WOD so far…
Today I’m feeling very motivated! I haven’t been taking pictures of my food, but I will post a summary after my last meal.
Today I started my workout with Tone It Up’s HIIT the Beach workout. It was intense! I then did 12 miles on the bike to get my miles in for the 100byVday challenge. I’m going to do some yoga tonight to stretch my sore muscles, maybe go for a walk on incline and do some toning! Great day!!
